Dextrose 25kg

Dextrose Monohydrate (Glucose) is a cleaner, healthier substitute for sugar. It is highly recommended for brewing as it is a cleaner fermenting, odourless white crystalline powder that gives off nil flavours in the brewing process. Dextrose is around 50-75% as sweet as household sugar (Fructose, Sucrose), though is highly recommended as a great substitute for sugar in cooking as well. Dextrose will not alter the natural flavour of the food.
